Network Rail, the operator of Britain's rail infrastructure, has
awarded a three year extension of its corporate travel contract
with the Consortium of Portman Travel, Hotelscene and Capita
Business Travel following a successful initial three year
period.
The unique contract, which is mainly domestic air, rail and
hotels, attracted an Industry Award for Business Travel IT Process
and led to a high level of online adoption within months of its
inception.
The contract is managed Portman Travel who also handle the air
and Eurostar requirements with Hotelscene handling hotels and
conferences and Capita Business Travel the rail through
Railooto.
